This is ahandson, high impact role for someone who loves performance marketing and wants real ownership.You'lltake the lead on thedaytodaydelivery and optimisation of our digital acquisition activity, driving strong results across paid channels while helping shape how we test, learn and scale. Sitting at the heart ofthemarketing team,you'llbridge smart execution with strategic thinking, using insight to continually improve performance and push what great looks like.

Whatyou'llbe doing:

  • Manage the hands-on execution, optimisation and daily performance of digital acquisitioncampaigns across PPC, paid social, display,referraland affiliate channels.
  • Monitor pacing,budgetsand channel performance to ensure efficiency and delivery against CPA, ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Analyse campaign data toidentifytrends, opportunities and risks, providing clear insights and recommendations to the wider team.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal teams to implement optimisations, testing plans and new initiatives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of paid media creative, briefing teams and using performance insights to continually test and evolve messaging and formats.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sharing learnings, improvingprocessesand contributing to a high-performing team environment.

Skills,experienceand qualitiesyou'llneed:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing
  • Digital marketing qualification or equivalent experiencewould be ideal
  • Handson management of paid search and/or paid social campaigns
  • Strong analytical ability with confidence turning data into actionable optimisation
  • Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
  • Background in hospitality,travelor leisure sectors
  • Exposure to affiliates, display, offline or upper-funnel activity
  • Performance-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive,confidentand commercially minded
  • Collaborative team player with a curious, test-and-learn mindset
  • Reliable,organisedand accountable.

It'sthe icing on the cake, but not essential if you have experience in the leisure and hospitality sector.
