Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Winchester (Hybrid working- 3 days in office 2 from home!)
Salary: £30,000-£31,000 per year
Hours: 35 hours per week (we're also happy to consider a 25-hour part-time contract)

Are you a creative, hands on digital marketer who wants to make a real difference?
Join Brendoncare, a charity dedicated to supporting older people through our care homes and community services. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help us tell our story, grow our reach, and engage audiences across multiple channels.
As part of our friendly and collaborative Marketing & Communications team, you'll play a key role in delivering digital campaigns that support our care, membership, and fundraising goals.
You'll work across PPC, social media, website content, photography, and video production - helping us connect with audiences and showcase the warmth and impact of Brendoncare's work.
Key responsibilities- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with PPC campaigns (Facebook, Bing, Google Ads).
 - Manage and update website content (WordPress).
 - Create engaging photo and video content for social media and marketing channels.
 - Produce digital and print assets (flyers, banners, brochures).
 - Monitor campaign performance and report on insights.
 - Support colleagues with Canva, Mailchimp, and social media best practice.
 
You're a creative communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing. You're confident juggling multiple projects and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Essential skills- 2-3 years' experience in marketing or communications.
 - PPC campaign management experience.
 - Skilled in social media scheduling and analytics (e.g. Hootsuite).
 - Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
 - Experience (or interest) in photography and video production.
 - Organised, proactive, and a great team player.
 - Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (for visiting care homes).
 
- Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics.
 - SEO knowledge.
 - Graphic design qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
 
- Hybrid working (Winchester Central Office + Home)
 - 35-hour working week (or flexible part-time contract available)
