This is a full-time, office-based position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and effective campaign segmentation.

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and paid media, to maximise ROI.

• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

• Create engaging digital content and copy for advertising, email campaigns, and web platforms.

• Support lead generation and sales alignment to enhance customer conversion rates.

What Experience is Required

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Pipedrive or similar), digital analytics, and paid media campaigns.

• Proven ability to analyse data and deliver marketing insights.

• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 per annum
