Digital Marketing Executive

About us

We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast growing people services business - someone who lives and breathes digital, knows how to build engagement, and can balance big-picture campaigns with an eye for detail.

Working closely with the Group Marketing Director, you'll help shape and deliver marketing activity across the Group. You'll be at the heart of our social media growth, campaign planning, content creation and performance tracking - ensuring everything we do builds brand awareness, engages our audience, and supports business growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email, display)
• Manage the marketing campaign calendar across all divisions
• Create engaging email, webinar, and newsletter campaigns - from concept to execution
• Grow our social media presence and optimise content for engagement and reach
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, using CRM data to inform future activity
• Support the design, production and distribution of marketing materials
• Assist with events, sponsorships, and webinars
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, paid social, and SEO strategy
• Create and edit content using Canva, Figma and WordPress

• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social channels
• Skilled in Salesforce CRM (Campaigns & Account Engagement) - or willing to train
• Strong content creation skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Experience with webinars, email automation, and reporting on performance
• Analytical mindset - able to make data-driven decisions
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• A passion for digital marketing and emerging technologies
