We are looking for a data driven and commercially informed Digital Marketing Executive to help us build our games and digital content portfolio.

The Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including game distribution channels and paid advertising networks. Main Responsibilities

• Manage and manage game listings across digital distribution channels like Steam, Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Develop and run paid advertising strategies on channels like Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads to increase user acquisition and engagement.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance metrics such as user acquisition, conversion and retention, and adopt data-driven improvements.
• Conduct market research to determine trends, audience behaviour and competitive positioning in the gaming business.
• Work with internal teams (i.e. game design, animation and operations) to ensure marketing activities are aligned with product development and launch plans.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to boost product visibility and platform performance.
• Assist in exploring influencer and content marketing options to drive reach and brand recognition.

Prerequisites

• Proven expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in gaming, digital media or tech.
• Experience managing digital advertising platforms including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
• Experience with game distribution systems (e.g. Steam, App Store, Google Play) a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse data and enhance performance of campaigns.
• Good communication and teamwork skills and capacity to thrive in a fast paced setting.
• Experience in influencer marketing or content based growth tactics is a plus.
