Digital Marketing Associate About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate with proven Meta advertising expertise and strong SEO knowledge. You'll run high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns while optimizing our content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to drive quality leads for Qrius Training Institute.

Unlike traditional marketing roles, you'll report directly to leadership ensuring strategic alignment and focus specifically on performance-driven campaigns for education and training programs. This is a role for someone who sees digital marketing as measurable science and wants to directly impact enrollment growth while mastering cutting-edge optimization strategies.

What You'll Do?

Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for Qrius Training Institute
  • Manage daily advertising budgets and continuously monitor Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) to maximize ROI
  • Set up and optimize lead generation ads using lead forms, WhatsApp, and Messenger integrations
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, audiences, and placements to improve conversion rates
  • Track ROI meticulously and refine campaigns based on performance insights and data analysis

Search & Content Optimization

  • Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines and user experience
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research targeting Nepali youth and QA training seekers
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure
  • Structure content for AEO targeting voice search queries and featured snippets
  • Optimize content for GEO ensuring visibility in AI-powered search results and generative engines
  • Monitor search rankings and organic traffic trends adjusting strategy accordingly

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools
  • Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, engagement, reach, conversions, CAC, and ROI
  • Analyze audience behavior and conversion funnels identifying optimization opportunities
  • Present data-driven findings to leadership informing marketing budget allocation decisions
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and identify competitive advantages

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Create compelling ad copy and work with creative team on engaging visual assets
  • Target and segment audiences effectively based on demographics, interests, and behaviors
  • Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads through the enrollment funnel
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion ensuring seamless user journey from ad to enrollment
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends
  • Collaborate with content and communications teams to align messaging across channels
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, Business, or related field
  • 1 2 years hands on experience running Meta Ads campaigns with proven results
  • Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Understanding of education or training sector marketing preferred

Technical Requirements

  • Meta Ads Manager expertise including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and budget management
  • Deep understanding of 3 level campaign structure and strategic application
  • Strong SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on page optimization, and technical SEO basics
  • Excellent knowledge and ability to implement strategies for AEO and GEO
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite for performance tracking
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data
