This role supports a major aviation capital programme delivered within a live operational airport environment.
Job Summary:The Digital Integration Manager is responsible for implementing and embedding the project's digital and information management strategy, integrating BIM, PMIS, and the Common Data Environment (CDE) to enable a digitally enabled PMO. Reporting to the Digital Lead, the role focuses on system integration, data governance, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance project delivery performance, compliance, and decision making across the project lifecycle.
Major Responsibilities:- Implement the digital and information management strategy defined by the Digital Lead across project capital delivery.
- Integrate and configure scalable CDE centric PMIS solutions, ensuring governance, standards compliance, and usability.
- Develop and embed digital construction project management processes into a cohesive, integrated systems landscape.
- Deliver digital roadmaps covering automation, data integration, analytics, and AI enabled decision support.
- Implement BIM and information management workflows aligned with ISO 19650 and project standards.
- Integrate project data across systems to enable robust data governance, real time insights, and performance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, standardization, and digital innovation.
- Create dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support data driven decision making and contractual compliance.
- Lead system documentation, data migration, and adoption activities to ensure sustainable, consistent digital delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction with 13+ years' experience in delivering large complex AEC projects, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital, automation, GIS/BIM/Reality Capture implementation.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) desirable
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives, integrating BIM, PMIS, data analytics, automation, and AI enabled capabilities into project delivery environments.
- Strong track record implementing and optimizing digital project delivery, governance, and decision making through integrated systems and data driven workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to implement BIM and Information Management strategies, aligning practices with ISO 19650 and industry best practices to improve transparency and collaboration.
- Hands on experience with CDEs, PMIS, and enterprise digital platforms supporting the full capital project lifecycle.
- Experience integrating and managing project data across multiple systems, enabling robust data governance, real time insights, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, using metrics, dashboards, and insights to improve delivery performance and decision making.
- Experience assessing and improving digital maturity and adoption, supporting continuous improvement and consistent use of digital tools across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex, cross functional environments, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
- Proven capability supporting system implementation and data migration, ensuring data integrity, continuity, and minimal disruption to operations.
