We are currently seeking a Digital Hardware Engineer to contribute to high-tech innovations in digital electronics. Are you ready to take on a hands-on role in the validation and design of complex electronic systems?
What you'll be doing as a Digital Hardware Engineer:
- Validating electronic functions implemented in digital and analog (LF) circuits on PCB level.
- Collaborating with power, FPGA, software, PCB, and integration engineers to bring prototypes to life.
- Conducting hardware validation in a lab environment on legacy and newly designed systems.
- Integrating validated hardware into complex HW/SW environments.
- Adapting existing hardware designs for pilot production and performing revalidation for release.
- Supporting future tasks including FPGA integration, power simulations, and schematic updates.
- Working onsite closely with the hardware to enable efficient debugging and testing.
What you need to be successful as a Digital Hardware Engineer:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, specialized in digital electronics.
- Experience with schematic entry tools Cadence and/or Altium.
- Familiarity with simulation and design tools such as Ansys, Windchill, and PSpice.
- Proficiency with C, Python, and Bash for scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience supporting PCB layout and validation processes.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, persistent attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team.
- Dutch citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of the technology.
