Digital Growth Director - Ecommerce & Personalisation

Footasylum is seeking a Digital Director to lead the transformation from a traffic-led ecommerce business to a customer- and community-led ecosystem. You will own digital strategy, ecommerce performance, and cross-functional digital roadmaps, partnering with Brand, Merchandising, Product, BI and Technology to deliver profitable growth.

The role requires senior digital leadership and a track record of scaling digital brands, with accountability for UK and international expansion, data-driven
