Digital Finance Apprentice

United Wholesale are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our growing team in Glasgow. Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients, responding to enquiries relating to orders and diary bookings
• Printing and accurately matching invoices within the purchase ledger before processing and inputting them into the Open Accounts system
• Managing supplier statements and maintaining effective communication with suppliers to resolve queries and ensure account accuracy
• Working collaboratively with the Buying Department to verify that order details and costings are correct
• Using the Venty document management system to update and maintain accurate records
• Utilising InView to manage finance documentation and update customer account information
• Using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to support day to day administrative and financial tasks

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
