Mid-Weight Digital Designer - 3D Animation & Concept Development Focus

We're looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer with a passion for 3D animation, motion graphics, and concept creation to join the in-house creative team of a global iGaming brand.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll help shape creative campaigns across the UK, Europe, LATAM, and the USA - from the initial spark of an idea through to final execution.

We have a strong preference for candidates with experience in iGaming, online betting, or entertainment-driven industries, where fast turnaround and high-impact creative is the norm.

• Lead ideation and concept development, bringing fresh, innovative campaign ideas to the table

• Design and produce 3D animations and motion graphics using Blender, Cinema4D, After Effects

• Create engaging content across digital touchpoints - social media, websites, CRM, landing pages

• Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and external agencies to align concepts with commercial goals

• Enhance creative work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Kling

• Design static and motion assets for multichannel campaigns

• Support and mentor junior designers

• Present creative ideas and final assets confidently to internal stakeholders

We want a creative with a strong portfolio of 3D animation, motion graphics, and standout campaign ideas. Your ability to develop original concepts is just as important as your execution skills.

Preferred background: iGaming, online betting, sports entertainment, or similarly fast-paced, entertainment-driven industries.

Essential:

• Proficient in Blender, Cinema4D, or similar 3D tools

• Skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate

• Experience with Bannerflow, Creatopy, or related platforms

• Strong conceptual thinker who can develop and articulate creative ideas

• Solid grasp of UX/UI with tools like Figma

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Desirable:

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative workflows

• Experience mentoring or coaching junior creatives

• Prior experience in iGaming or equivalent sectors
