Overview

A well respected Insurance firm is looking to hire a Digital Delivery Manager to be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Digital change portfolio of technology projects. You will also manage the relationship with vendors, have oversight of Digital technology budget, as well management of the IT Digital Change Team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of the Digital change portfolio of technology projects.
  • Manage the relationship with vendors and oversee vendor performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the Digital technology budget.
  • Manage the IT Digital Change Team.
Qualifications / Key Requirements
  • Significant experience working in the insurance and/or financial services sector. Lloyd's / London Market Insurance is an advantage.
  • Have at least 5 years+ experience managing and delivering IT projects / programmes. Experience leading/managing Change/PMO teams is an advantage.
  • Have a proven track record managing successful delivery of Insurance/ financial services initiatives.
  • Experience managing change team resources
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and planning skills including project delivery
