Digital content & social media officer

Himmah is looking for a creative and organised Digital Content & Social Media Officer to help tell the story of our work across food justice, anti-racism, community organising, culture and community power.

You'll coordinate our social media presence across Himmah and our different projects, producing regular, engaging content that brings our work, people and ideas to life. Video will be a major part of the role, alongside photography, written content, graphics and event coverage.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes good social content, can spot a strong story, and is confident turning what is happening on the ground into content people actually want to watch, share and engage with.

You'll also work alongside our Community Fundraiser to support fundraising campaigns with digital content and promotion, but fundraising itself will not be the main focus of the role.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to create, experiment, grow audiences and help shape how a social justice organisation shows up online.
