Digital Content & Marketing Executive

We are recruiting exclusively for a fantastic company looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Executive to join their small, friendly marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role where your writing skills and creativity truly matter. You'll help develop and deliver digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns and wider marketing activity. From storytelling and visuals to SEO-friendly copy, you'll bring the brand to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Head of Marketing with digital content planning and execution
• Crafting strong, engaging copy across all platforms
• Creating blogs, web pages, newsletters, product descriptions and campaign materials
• Developing and maintaining website content (Shopify & WordPress)
• Planning, creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Monitoring social engagement and responding appropriately
• Producing email campaigns (Mailchimp & Campaign Monitor)
• Creating simple graphics and short videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Supporting with digital performance reports and analytics
• Testing, learning and optimising content using data
• Generating creative ideas to elevate the brand's presence and digital footprint

About You

• Exceptional copywriting skills - writing is your superpower
• Experience or education in content writing, digital marketing or a creative field
• Strong editing skills and eye for detail
• Confident creating content for blogs, websites, emails and social media
• Creative, curious and able to bring ideas to life visually
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Familiar with WordPress, Mailchimp and social media scheduling tools
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines

Working Hours & Benefits

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
