Digital Architect - 2 year FTC

We're looking for a Digital Architect to help shape and govern digital solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and power a large-scale digital transformation.

You'll work in a fast-moving, agile environment, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design digital services that are scalable, secure, and built to perform.

• Designing and governing modern digital applications and services that promote a strong digital culture

• Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions align with agreed architectural principles and standards

• Supporting product teams with pragmatic, business-focused technical solutions

• Ensuring all designs align with the wider enterprise architecture vision and governance frameworks

• Championing modern engineering practices, including test-driven and behaviour-driven development

• Proven experience designing and architecting digital solutions, ideally in complex or large-scale environments

• Strong knowledge of mobile platforms, CRM, eCommerce, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS)

• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and recognised architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)

• A solid understanding of GDPR, data protection, and cyber security principles

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Travel 1-2 times a week to Burton on Trent
