About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Digital Analyst to join our Data & Digital Office Department at our Baker Street HQ. The role resides within the Business Intelligence team and requires expertise in data visualization and analysis to develop dashboards that provide insights into client digital behavior. The ideal candidate will be innovative, proactive, and capable of handling complex data challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the business to identify digital product insights and propose solutions.
2. Create engaging, interactive data visualization dashboards.
3. Understand customer digital journeys and market dynamics.
4. Conduct detailed data discovery and analysis on datasets such as GA4 and BigQuery to uncover insights.
5. Lead our web tagging strategy in collaboration with digital teams.
6. Consolidate existing reports into manageable dashboards.
7. Work independently and as part of the BI team on Agile projects.
8. Advise other business areas on data analysis, insights, and visualization best practices.

Key Experience Required

• Analytical & Technical Skills: 5+ years in BI/Analytics, proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, SQL or Python, and experience with complex datasets.
• Data Visualization & UX/UI: Proven ability to develop enterprise-level, reusable dashboards with strong UX/UI principles.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and external partners in Agile settings.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain high attention to detail under pressure.
