Collaborate with the kitchen team to organize the daily balanced production. Adapt dishes and portions according to provided nutritional requirements and document the nutritional and visual quality of the served dishes. Profile Your profile Completed apprenticeship in cooking, ideally with a focus on dietetics. Strong interest in balanced nutrition and quality of details along with precision in culinary execution.
