Die Maintenance Supervisor

An established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Die Maintenance Supervisor to lead a busy shop-floor team supporting a high-volume Press Shop.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and coordinating die maintenance activities on shift

Managing technicians and team leaders day-to-day

Planning workloads, signing off work, and keeping production moving

Providing hands on technical support for press tooling and die issues

Driving safety standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement

Liaising with senior management and supporting HR processes

What you'll need:

Time served apprenticeship (press tool / toolmaking background)

Strong knowledge of press tooling, die setting, and fault finding

Previous supervisory or senior technician experience

Confident leadership, communication, and organisation skills
