As their business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Die Cutting Operator to join their production team and contribute to the high standards their clients expect.

Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate die-cutting machinery (Bobst, Iberica, or equivalent)
- Read and interpret job specifications, layout drawings, and work orders
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Monitor quality throughout the production run, ensuring precision and consistency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety and company standards
- Proven experience as a Die Cutting Operator within the print or packaging industry
- Familiarity with automatic platen machines (e.g. Bobst, Iberica, Heidelberg)
- A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
