• You will accurately diagnose vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic tools
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Conduct software updates and vehicle programming as part of your duties
• Communicate technical issues effectively to service advisors and customers
• Support and mentor junior technicians when required
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics and repairs

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to interpret technical data and diagnostic reports
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
• Full UK driving licence is essential
