Diabetes Practice Nurse

Salary - £24.55 per hour (Negotiable, depending on experience)

A lovely practice near the Reading area is looking to hire a permanent Diabetes Practice Nurse to join their successful team. The practice seeks a friendly and enthusiastic Practice Nurse who can manage Diabetes and perform smears and immunisations. The team consists of 10 GPs, and 3 Practice Nurses, with a wider clinical and non-clinical team to support you as you start your new role. The practice has maintained a "Good" CQC rating over the years, and it is located near local amenities with excellent transport links and on-site parking. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing a range of skills, including Smears and Chronic Disease Management.

In return, the successful candidate will receive:

- Salary: Up to £24.55 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience)

- 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays off

- "Good" CQC rating

The surgery has close to 15000 patients on its list and is conveniently located near local shops. They are a GP training practice and are happy to support your development.
