Your Tasks

• Designing and implementing modern CI/CD and automation strategies to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.
• Collaborating closely with business units and external partners to align infrastructure with business and regulatory requirements in payment processing.
• Driving the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve efficiency, security, and quality.
• Ensuring enterprise-level system availability, security, and performance through proven security solutions and continuous monitoring.
• Actively contributing to the development and implementation of technical solutions within a collaborative, high-trust environment.
• Advising stakeholders on technical solution implementation and continuously optimizing existing processes.
• Leading and developing a DevOps team, providing hands-on support with technical challenges, and fostering an open, learning-oriented team culture.

Your Skills

• 5+ years' experience in DevOps Engineering, with strong expertise in payment-related environments.
• Proven experience leading small technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Argo, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS (RDS, S3, VPC, Glue).
• Strong Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Solid background in Windows/Linux administration, monitoring, and DB systems (Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL).
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
