DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for code, data, and model deployments.
- Automate build, test, and release processes for GenAI applications to ensure frequent and reliable releases in development, test, and production environments.
- Provision and manage cloud resources such as compute instances, containers, databases, and networks using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (eg, Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Optimise infrastructure for AI workload requirements, including high availability and elastic scaling.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms (eg, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure platform stability and efficiency.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Solid experience with DevOps toolchains (eg, Git, Docker, Terraform) to automate processes from model training workflows to application deployments.
- Familiarity with MLOps techniques for continuous integration and deployment of models.
- Deep knowledge of cloud services on Azure, including virtual machines (VMs), containers, serverless services, storage solutions, and virtual networks (VPC/VNet).
- Language skills: German
