Job Description
Development Manager (Residential Developer)
Ashford,Wicklow
€80-100k + Package
Required for growing residential developer with a large landbank across Dublin & Wicklow who are active on 4+ sites currently.
Key responsibilities- Site Acquisition: Identify and assess potential residential development opportunities.
- Financial Appraisal: Prepare development budgets, feasibility studies, GDV and profit assessments.
- Planning: Manage planning applications, consultants and statutory approvals.
- Design Management: Coordinate architects, engineers and professional consultants.
- Procurement: Manage tendering, contractor selection and procurement strategies.
- Project Delivery: Oversee construction programmes, budgets, quality and progress.
- Financial Control: Monitor costs, cash flow, variations and project profitability.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial, planning and construction risks.
- Experiencemanagingresidentialdevelopments(Housing/Apartments)
- Part V experience
- Strongunderstandingofplanningandcomplianceregulations
