Development Manager (Mandarin Speaking, £50k, Real Estate, Wimbledon)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager role in a rapidly expanding real estate and investment firm that specialises in HMOs, planning benefits, conversions, refurbishment projects, and direct-to-vendor operations.

To support the company's rapid expansion, an experienced development manager is needed to oversee construction activities.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Prior property development management experience
• Experience in relevant technical fields such as architecture, structural engineering, quantity surveying, and interior design
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Residence within about an hour's drive from Wimbledon, London (most projects are in this area)
• Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle access
• Reliable, diligent, and capable of managing multiple projects
