Development Manager: Lead Property Services & Growth

FirstPort in the UK seeks a Development Manager to lead a team of up to 10 direct reports, overseeing development, compliance, H&S, and service excellence across residential properties. You will ensure cost-effective management, excellent customer service, and alignment with the Four Pillar strategy while maintaining high standards of performance and resident satisfaction.

Reporting to the regional manager, you will collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver proactive
