Central London based developer needs an experienced and driven individual for their mix of developments spanning the City.

The company has been established over a decade and delivered an impressive portfolio of large residential led mixed-use developments throughout London.

The company is offering an opportunity to work from initial stages on schemes that consist of major conversions and brownfield sites creating communities within the M25.

The ideal candidate will be from a PM or investment developing background currently delivering major residential led schemes throughout London.

Responsibilities:

• Control developments following acquisition, ensuring they follow correct planning processes.
• Keep designs in check and ensure all elements of the scheme are progressing.
• Some project delivery involved.
