Development Lead - Fundraising & Donor Engagement

Traverse Theatre is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the operational aspects of our fundraising activity in Edinburgh. The role focuses on growing income across multiple sources, shaping donor engagement, and strengthening communications with audiences and stakeholders.

You will lead the day-to-day delivery of income generation, manage budgets and targets, and provide fundraising expertise across the organisation to promote a cohesive, ambitious fundraising strategy.
