Development Delivery Manager - Compliance & Handover

Jobtailor in Manchester seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of homes from transaction exchange to unit handover. You will act as Lloyds Living's representative, ensuring Developer compliance and managing relationships with Project Monitors and Clerk of Works.
