A leading foodservice supplier is growing its team and hiring a Development Chef to support customers across South Dublin and Leinster.

This role focuses on working directly with deli counters, QSR outlets and catering sites, helping them improve food quality, consistency and product performance.

• Visit customer sites across South Dublin and Leinster
• Demonstrate best practice in food preparation, cooking and presentation
• Support rollout of new product lines and menu ideas
• Work hands on with teams to drive standards and consistency
• Provide feedback on how products are performing in live environments

This is not a sales-driven role - it's about execution, training and food quality

• Experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, Deli Manager or similar
• Strong understanding of foodservice / catering / deli environments
• Comfortable engaging with customers and training teams
• Knowledge of HACCP / food safety
• Full driving licence and happy with a field-based role

• Step away from kitchen hours into a more balanced, mobile role
