The Developing Artist Programme is tailored for graduates of advanced dance training who are ready to extend their learning into a professional environment. It offers the time, space and structure for dancers to refine their technique, build performance experience and develop the practical skills required for a dance career.

As an extension of Balletto Monson's company practice, the programme focuses on Contemporary Ballet with a strong creative emphasis. It supports progression into the main company and other professional pathways while encouraging each dancer to articulate their voice within a shared choreographic language.

Programme Highlight:
In addition to performances created specifically for Developing Artists, participants are invited to perform in Balletto Monson's full-length company productions, gaining experience on a professional stage alongside company dancers.

Contemporary and Classical work, including pointe (if relevant)

Shortlisted Candidates will be invited to attend an audition, followed by an interview

Online audition by request for international dancers
