Developer Liaison Advisor: Client & Developer Partnerships

Irish Water seeks a Client Relationship Advisor within Customer Operations to develop, deliver and support excellent customer experience for domestic and business customers in a regulated industry. You will manage customer relationships, ensure timely billing and support the delivery of customer-centric projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, problem solving and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve queries and drive service improvements.
