Despatch Operator - 3 on/3 off with Benefits

Kepak Group in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a Despatch Operative to join our busy site. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 3 on / 3 off days schedule, 6am-6pm, with duties including stock rotation, unloading/loading wagons, and order picking with scanning.

Ideal candidates will have numeracy skills, warehouse experience, and a strong work ethic. English proficiency and team-oriented attitude are essential to support the department and uphold Kepak values.
