- Manage user accounts, permissions and access through Active Directory.
- Deploy and manage software using tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Investigate and resolve incidents through a ticketing system.
- Work closely with infrastructure, development and other technology teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge bases and build procedures.
- Assist with procurement and lifecycle management of desktop hardware and peripherals.

We are looking for someone who is technically hands on, highly practical and confident working with hardware. You will be comfortable taking ownership of an issue from diagnosis through to resolution, whether that involves replacing a graphics card, rebuilding a workstation, configuring a multi screen setup or troubleshooting a Windows issue. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. The role also involves shift flexibility and occasional out of hours support.
