About Our Client

Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.

Job Description

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system outages or performance issues.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deskside Support Engineer should have:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience with computer systems installation, configuration, and maintenance.
