Designate Store Manager

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Essex and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.

As the leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Create a brilliant shopping experience through high standards and availability
• Make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit
• Drive KPIs, manage stock effectively, and ensure compliance across the store
