Designate Deputy Store Manager - Lead a Multi-Store Retail Team

B&M Retail Limited in London is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support a high-performing store, driving performance, developing people and keeping the operation running at its best.

This designate role will cover Charlton and travel across stores in the area; you'll lead on the shop floor, cover for the Store Manager in their absence, and work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
