We are seeking an experienced Design Wing Integrator to join a leading aerospace engineering organisation within the Wing Plant Engineering Team. This role focuses on supporting the Build Support and Non-Conformance team while acting as a vital link between Engineering and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to deliver design solutions to operational issues, ensuring right-first-time results.
• Act as a bridge between Engineering and Operations, ensuring co-design solutions fit both industrial systems and customer needs.
• Manage engineering suppliers and prioritise deliverables to meet operational objectives.
• Provide proactive product improvements to reduce costs, non-conformances, and enhance quality.

Requirements:

• Strong background in design engineering with aviation experience.
• Proven integration experience, ideally working across multiple departments.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
