Design office Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic, graduate to join our fast paced London Design Office for a 12-month paid internship, who is excited about the fashion space & willing to support across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Checking in samples for fits.
• Steaming samples for fits.
• Organizing the samples on rails per collection & designer.
• Ensuring the sample rails are professionally presented at all times, particularly when presenting to senior leadership.
• Boxing up old samples to return to factories.
• PR assisting
• Setting up the showroom (unpack, hang and steam samples)
• Greeting guests when they arrive for appointments and offer refreshments
• Dressing and styling models during photoshoots
• Remain on hand during showroom appointments to assist PR team
• Design Assisting:
• Supporting the design assistant to create the board line up's per drop.
• Sending for prices on fabric hangers & helping organize the fabric library.
• Office Admin:
• Arranging post, sending & receiving.
• Collecting external visitors for meetings in the office.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be:

• Fashion or design graduate, entry level.
• Pro active, enthusiastic and with can do attitude
• Interested in fashion with strong presentation skills
