Design Manager

My client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is delivering a range of residential, healthcare, and commercial projects across Ireland. Theyare seeking a Design Manager for their Dublin City Centre offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept through to construction
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure design aligns with project requirements and budget
• Lead design reviews and manage technical submissions
• Resolve design and buildability issues

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Design Manager or similar role
• Strong technical background in construction or engineering
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solving ability

Salary

• €80k - €90k
• Bonus 5%
• Pension
• Fuel Cover
