About the role of a Design Manager

The company is currently managing numerous DfE projects ranging from £30 million to £100 million in value, located throughout Berkshire, Surrey, and South West London.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

• Experience working on multi-phase residential construction projects.
• Experience managing projects over £40 million.
• Degree or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with both single-stage tenders and preferred terms work.
