Job Description
Overview 
Design & Sales Consultant (Showroom-based). Opportunities in our Chelsea, Guildford & Royal Tunbridge Wells Showrooms.
Responsibilities- Client consultations (both trade and retail) in our showrooms
- Guiding clients through the design process from start to finish
- Design work and briefing a design assistant who will support you in producing shop drawings
- Producing quotes
- Site visits/surveys
- Appropriate follow up with clients by phone and email
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
- Keeping showroom displays looking beautiful
- Working a 5-day week including Saturday work
- 2-5 years luxury retail or luxury interior design experience
- A passion for interiors that you can share with your clients
- A good track record for selling and ability to negotiate with clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good time-management skills
- Confidence in communicating both with the team and with clients
