Derby Store Deputy Manager: Lead Launch & Team Growth

ProCook is opening a new Derby store and seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help launch and lead from day one. You'll support the Store Manager, coach the team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experience while upholding store standards across operations, stock, and service.

With 2+ years in a supervisory role, retail or hospitality experience is essential. You'll work a 40-hour week over a 5-out-of-7 rota, including weekends, and enjoy strong benefits and career development within a
