Deputyship & Elderly Care Solicitor 2+ PQE

Tollers LLP in Northampton is seeking a dynamic Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join our Elderly and Vulnerable Client Unit. You will handle deputyship applications, understand the benefit and care system, and manage clients' property and financial affairs to the standards expected by the Office of the Public Guardian.

You will work closely with Suzanne Evans (Partner & Head of the Unit), meet clients at home or in care settings, and balance judgment with compassionate bedside manner
