Deputy Team Leader - FMCG Manufacturing (12.5h Shifts)

Procter & Gamble in Manchester is seeking a Deputy Team Leader for the Pampers manufacturing line. You will develop technical capability, lead the team during the Team Leader's absence, and ensure safe, high-quality output on a 12.5-hour day/night shift pattern.

The role begins with onboarding and progresses to full shift leadership on site at Trafford Park. You will diagnose complex issues, support maintenance activities, coach peers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
