Deputy Support Manager - Lead Teams on 24/7 Shifts

Thera Trust is seeking a Deputy Support Manager to assist the Support Manager in leading teams, delivering person-centered support that meets regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

You will mentor teams, coach staff and drive continuous improvement, while supporting people to design their plans, manage rosters and deputise on shift, empowering individuals and promoting inclusion and independence.
