Deputy Store Manager: Lead Teams & Achieve KPIs

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive KPI performance. You will support the Store Manager, motivate the team, maintain shop floor standards, ensure stock availability and deliver excellent customer service across the store.

The role requires leaving certificate, at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, and a valid driving licence. Flexibility with shifts and strong communication are essential.
