Deputy Store Manager: Lead Stock, Service & Growth

Dr. Martens is seeking a fearless Deputy Store Manager to lead the Neal Street store, aligned with its commercial and experiential goals. This fixed-term role supports the Store Manager and drives exceptional customer experiences.

You'll own stock and inventory, run back-of-house operations, coach the team, and collaborate with marketing to deliver activations and product storytelling. You will be a keyholder and trusted leader, stepping in as needed to keep the store performing at its best.
