Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Develop, Hit KPIs

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive KPI performance, and maintain excellent shop floor presentation. You will lead, motivate and develop the store team, ensure stock levels are adequate, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires Leaving Certificate or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driving licence.
