Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Performance

ProCook Ltd. in Bury St Edmunds is hiring a Deputy Store Manager to lead the team from day one, shape store culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.

You'll coach on the shop floor, step up in the Store Manager's absence, and oversee sales, stock, service and standards. A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or deputy role and retail or hospitality experience are essential. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a weekend rota.
